Getting the right type of lighting on the workspace is a special task that is affected by a large number of different factors. Different types of work situations require different lighting.
Another important factor at the operator workplace is that it is used by different people with differing conditions¤ regarding sight and age etc.
According to the Swedish norm, the light should equal approximately 500 - 750 lux at the workspace for a 40 year old person with normal sight. With increasing age, a higher figure will be needed. A 50 year old person will need approximately 50% more, and a 60 year old person will need approximately 100% more. The different condition mean that the lighting requirements must be set high in the operator workplace. |
Using our lighting accessories, you have the very latest technology available in this line of business, and our systems conform to the existing requirements.
The lighting fitting suits all standard operator tables. The lighting system follows the operator table movement in height, which means that you always have the right relationship between the lighting system and the workspace. Our lighting system can also be fitted to the ceiling, and a remote control system is available.
Other advantages using our lighting system:
-
Approximately 1200 lux on the workspace
-
The double prismatic raster together with a special designed reflector provides a glare-free and shadow-free light.
-
The IR filter minimises heat radiation, and protects the system simultaneously.
Indirect upward light built into the system.
-
We provide 2-3 times as much light on average as other lighting systems.
-
Headaches and eye stress are effectively reduced, using HF power and lowering the work temperature to approximately 30 degrees Centigrade (regular systems have a temperature of 60 to 70 degrees). |
